Drafts is a capture-first notes app for Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Open it and begin typing immediately; the decision about whether that text becomes a note, task, message, file, or something else can come later.
That makes it useful for fleeting ideas, dictated notes, meeting fragments, response drafts, and any text you would otherwise lose while deciding where it belongs. New entries land in an inbox, where you can tag, flag, archive, search, or send them onward through an action.
