Anybox is a bookmark manager and read-later library for Apple devices. It gives links a home outside a browser’s default bookmarks, with tags, folders, notes, screenshots, full-text context, and capture methods designed for saving a page before it disappears into an open-tab pile.
The workflow begins wherever a useful link appears. You can save the current browser tab through a shortcut, extension, menu bar item, share sheet, AppleScript, Siri Shortcut, or URL scheme, then decide later whether it belongs in a collection, needs a tag, or should simply remain searchable.
Anybox is built around a personal link library that follows you through iCloud on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. It is more structured than a browser bookmark bar, but deliberately narrower than a general database or note-taking system.

Where it fits
Anybox is best for people who save many links and want a native Apple-platform library with more organization than Safari bookmarks. It works well as a dedicated inbox for articles, reference pages, product links, and recurring web resources.
It is not a full note database or collaborative bookmarking service. People who need granular exports, team sharing, or a more general-purpose knowledge system should test the current limits before moving a large archive.
