Xmind is a mind-mapping tool for turning a central question into a visual structure of ideas, branches, notes, and relationships. It works on the web, desktop, and mobile, making it useful for thinking through a problem before it needs to become a document, plan, or presentation.
Start with a topic, add child and sibling nodes as ideas emerge, then change the map’s structure when the material calls for a timeline, matrix, or another layout. This works well for brainstorming, studying, project planning, workshop preparation, and explaining a system with many moving parts.
