Privacy and requirements
The current Dato release requires macOS 26 or later. It reads calendars and reminders through the sources already configured in macOS and displays local clock and time-zone information; access to those databases must be granted by the user. Joining meetings or running scripts can open external services, but Dato is not itself a replacement calendar account.
